Job summary

Wonder’s Boston office in Charlestown, MA is seeking a highly organized Engineering Buyer to support our R&D Engineering teams as we rapidly develop robotics for next-generation restaurants. You’ll execute purchases, vet vendors, and keep complex builds on schedule, managing the vendor lifecycle end-to-end.

This role requires 3–5+ years in purchasing for hardware/automation, strong communication, and comfort building procurement tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain for hardware/automation.
• BS in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Operations preferred.
• Technical familiarity with hardware/automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute PO transactions and manage vendor lifecycle end-to-end.
• Track orders, expedite shipments, align with build milestones.
• Coordinate with legal on NDAs and vendor contracts as needed.
• Organize vendor documentation and product specs for engineers.
