Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• SolidWorks or CAD for part design and assemblies.
• Autonomy to solve problems with minimal direction.
• Experience designing for high-volume manufacturing (sheetmetal, weldments).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to execute product designs from concept to production.
• Interface with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Write functional specs, verification plans and test procedures.
• Demonstrate engineering analysis and ownership from concept to production.
• Design holistic hardware solutions for ambiguous problems.
