Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Finished Goods Handler for our Hanover, PA facility on the weeknight shift. You will move product, pull orders, load trailers, and coordinate trailer movement with nearby facilities, Monday through Thursday, 5:25 PM to 5:25 AM.

Join a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented plant where you will operate robotic equipment, perform quality checks, complete paperwork, and use Redzone and D365 to track production. Forklift certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with automated robotic equipment preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and equipment.
• Cross-training to support multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load, and unload bulk and finished product within the robotics area.
• Prepare robotics equipment for production and adjust based on schedules.
• Program, troubleshoot, and adjust robotic equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with shrink wrapping for repack items.
• Provide relief coverage for dumpers and forklift operators.
• Communicate production issues and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Apply codes, pricing, and labels using printers.
• Perform routine quality checks on bags and packages.
• Complete all manufacturing paperwork and production documentation accurately.
• Utilize Redzone for communication and production tracking.
• Develop proficiency in the D365 system for data entry functions.
• Cross-train in additional finished goods operations.
• Work proactively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards at all times.
