Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, LLC in Hanover, PA is seeking a Finished Goods Handler for the weeknight shift (Mon-Thu, 5:25 PM–5:25 AM). You will move product, pull orders, load trailers, and coordinate trailer movements with local and outlying facilities, while operating and troubleshooting robotic equipment within Plant 3.

The role supports production, quality checks, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Forklift certification required or ability to obtain it.
Operate and troubleshoot automated robotic equipment.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

Move product, pull orders, load trailers and coordinate trailer movement.
Transport, load and unload bulk/finished product; prep robotics per production schedules.
Program, troubleshoot and adjust robotic equipment to maintain efficiency.
Assist with shrink wrapping for repack/non-repack items; provide forklift relief.
Use printers to apply accurate codes, pricing, labels to bags/cases.
Perform routine quality checks on bags (weight, date, pricing).
Complete manufacturing paperwork and data entries accurately and timely.
Utilize Redzone for communication and production tracking.
