Job summary

UTZ Brands, Inc is recruiting a Finished Goods Handler for Hanover, PA on the weeknight shift (5:25PM–5:25AM). The role moves product, pulls orders, loads trailers, and coordinates trailer movement with local and nearby facilities.

Responsibilities include operating robotic equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining GMP compliance. The position requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain), strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot automated robotic equipment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load, and unload products and assist with packaging.
• Operate and adjust robotic equipment to meet production schedules.
• Perform routine quality checks on bags and labels.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and accurate documentation.
• Cross train across Plant 3 operations and use Redzone for updates.
