Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company in San Jose, is hiring a Fleet Coordinator to lead strategy, planning, and execution of our robot fleet. You will act as the operational command center, ensuring the right robots are available at the right place and time across sites and programs.

In this hands-on role, you will partner with engineering and customer teams to forecast demand, optimize utilization, and drive scalable processes that support growth of Figure’s humanoid robot programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large fleets of robots or similar assets.
• Experience balancing priorities across teams or programs.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Position robots to support engineering, customer initiatives, and deployments.
• Oversee day-to-day planning, scheduling, and movement of robots across teams and sites.
• Balance priorities while maximizing fleet utilization.
• Forecast fleet demand with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive fleet planning to meet milestones and external deployments.
• Maintain visibility into fleet readiness and allocation.
• Develop scalable fleet management processes for growth.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
