Location: Memphis/Nashville TN. Region TN/AL/MI/KY/LA.

The RFT is part of the US Golf and Sports Turf Channel, supporting Husqvarna and our robotic customers by assisting Golf and Sports Turf Dealers (GST). Responsibilities include supporting dealer activities such as demos, site assessments, mapping, installations, monitoring, diagnostics, and repairs in the field. The RFT helps meet sales and market-share goals and provides technical training to GST Dealer sales and service teams via in-person, phone, or virtual interactions. Travel is approximately 60% with overnight stays. This position reports directly to the Manager of Robotic Field Technicians.

What You Need to Know:

• Support the company's brand in the assigned territory.
• Be the product expert for Automower and CEORA, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain professionalism at premier golf and sports venues.
• Communicate effectively with GST Dealers about product information.
• Build confidence with Golf and Sports Turf Dealers.
• Serve as the front-line manufacturer’s representative for product applications and technical support.
• Use Husqvarna digital tools for electrical diagnostics.
• Work autonomously in the field, making correct decisions to support Husqvarna and GST Dealers.
• Represent Husqvarna Robotics at local events and demo days.
• Assist GST Dealers with large-scale project implementations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Moderate to advanced electromechanical equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with automation and robotic equipment maintenance.
• Basic understanding of golf and sports turf maintenance activities.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Reside within the assigned territory.
• 2-3 years in customer service roles preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with high integrity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Effective team communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors most days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other in-house programs.
