Location:

Memphis/Nashville TN. Region TN/AL/MI/KY/LA

Position Overview:

The RFT is part of the US Golf and Sports Turf Channel, supporting Husqvarna's robotic products for golf and sports turf dealers (GST). This role involves regular interaction with dealer sales and service teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders. The RFT supports dealer activities such as demos, site assessments, mapping, installations, monitoring, diagnostics, and repairs in the field. The goal is to help meet sales and market-share targets for the territory. The RFT provides technical training to GST Dealer sales and service teams in person, by phone, and virtually. Travel requirements are approximately 60% with overnight stays. This position reports to the Manager of Robotic Field Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s brand presence in the assigned territory
• Become a product expert for Automower and CEORA, with the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Represent Husqvarna professionally at premier golf and sports venues
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to keep dealers informed about product information
• Build confidence with Golf and Sports Turf Dealers
• Serve as a frontline manufacturer’s representative for product applications and technical support
• Utilize Husqvarna digital tools for electrical diagnostics of moderate to advanced complexity
• Work autonomously in the field, making appropriate decisions to support dealers and Husqvarna
• Represent Husqvarna Robotics at local events and demo days
• Assist dealers with large-scale project implementations

Qualifications:

• Moderate to advanced electromechanical and robotic equipment maintenance experience
• Basic understanding of golf and sports turf maintenance activities
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Residency within the assigned territory
• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, with high integrity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work remotely
• Effective team communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors most days
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn other sales and customer relations software
