NOVA Automation in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot robotic and automated systems at customer sites. This field-based role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for overtime, paid training, and relocation assistance.

You will travel 50–75% weekly, support customers on site and remotely, and collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure full lifecycle success of our systems.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting PLCs and robotics in industrial settings.
Strong electrical and mechanical hands-on skills.
Willingness to travel 50–75% weekly.
Professional communication in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, robot and PLC issues at customer sites.
Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on robotic systems.
Support customers on site and remotely throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Provide field feedback to engineering for improvements.
Travel 50–75% in weekly cycles (Mon–Fri).
