Job summary

Lab37 is seeking a Field Services Engineer responsible for onsite support, maintenance, repair, and installation of robotic systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, develop service procedures, and support deployments, working closely with multiple teams.

Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. The position offers a salary between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of field engineering or maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary onsite support for prototypes and scaled operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues in the field.
• Document findings and improve service procedures.

Skills

Troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems

Clear communication skills

Basic CAD experience (Solidworks preferred)
