Beyondsoft in Rosemount, MN seeks an experienced Field Deployment Engineer to support a top client. You will deploy robotics equipment, coordinate with client engineers, and manage site readiness and data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Linux command line and basic troubleshooting of software/hardware configurations.
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects and changing business needs with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy robotics equipment to client sites and support field operations.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on safety and procedures.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and monitor KPIs (downtime, cycle time, maintenance cost).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into design and deployment.
• Perform site readiness assessments and develop detailed deployment schedules.
