The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in robotics or related engineering field and 1–2 years of robotics/automation experience, with CAD skills and basic programming knowledge. Relocation not offered; remote work not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, electrical, or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of robotics, automation, or electromechanical experience preferred (internships/co-ops acceptable).
• Foundational knowledge of robotic systems and basic programming or controls concepts.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks) and motion control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, assemble, and test robotic systems, including end effectors and control systems.
• Assist with data gathering and BOMs for proposals.
• Collaborate on system integration and simulations using CAD/robotic software.

We are currently seeking a Robotics Engineer to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This role will support the design, integration, and testing of robotic systems used in our products and customer applications. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, build your technical skills, and contribute to real‑world automation solutions. The ideal candidate is a solutions‑oriented engineer who enjoys problem‑solving, learning by doing, and working with cutting‑edge robotics technology.

This position requires working onsite Monday through Friday in Huntley, Illinois. Remote, hybrid, and relocation assistance options are not available.

A typical day as a Robotics Engineer can include:

• Support the design, assembly, and testing of robotic systems, including robots, end effectors, machine vision, welding and control systems
• Assist with technical inquiries and proposal development, including gathering data and supporting bill of materials (BOMs)
• Collaborate on system integration and simulations using CAD and robotic software tools
• Contribute to lab testing, prototype development, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
• Prepare technical documentation and partner with internal teams to support product improvements and customer solutions

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
