Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to support daily execution in a fast-paced kitchen pilot environment. You will uphold food quality, service flow, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness, while working alongside robotic systems to stage components and expedite orders to meet exacting standards.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant or kitchen experience, comfort in a dynamic startup setting, and a strong eye for detail and food safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Able to adapt quickly in a changing or startup-style environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Retherm and prepare food items according to quality and food safety standards.
• Expo orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and presentation standards.
• Monitor kitchen workflow and assist with minor troubleshooting when operational intervention is needed.
• Support inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and communicating low-stock items.
• Complete daily operational, inventory, and food safety checklists accurately and on time.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and station upkeep.
• Remain responsive via Slack for real-time updates and process adjustments.
