FORT Robotics, Inc. seeks a Validation Engineer to bridge embedded hardware/software testing and production-ready validation for next-generation robotic systems.

You will own validation strategies, design robust tests, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and customers to ensure safety, reliability, and quality in real-world deployments. Qualificações

• Experience with validation of embedded hardware & software or robotics products.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and lab equipment.
• Knowledge of requirement-based, HIL- and SIL-based test procedures.
• Knowledge of wired/wireless communication: Ethernet, BLE, Wi‑Fi, CAN, LTE.
• Python scripting for test utilities and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jama, TestRail, Jira or similar engineering tools.
• Experience with CAN, CANopen, J1939, or industrial communication systems.
• Familiarity with IEC 61508 or ISO 26262.
• Experience with environmental, reliability, or EMI/EMC testing.
• Exposure to manufacturing test processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own Product Validation: Develop and execute integration and validation strategies for embedded hardware, software, and firmware, from early prototypes through production readiness.
• Investigate hardware, firmware, and communication issues, working closely with multidisciplinary design teams to drive root-cause resolution.
• Design test procedures, develop fixtures, and enhance laboratory environments to improve verification efficiency and reliability.
• Develop production test methods and collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality.
• Identify reliability, performance, and manufacturability improvements through hands-on testing and engineering analysis.
• Partner with engineering, program management, and customers to support product releases, special deployments, and field investigations.
