Location in Troy, MI, with close collaboration across hardware, software, and product teams. You will drive architecture, standards, and execution from concept through production, balancing performance, safety, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE/Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing embedded systems for robotics, automotive, or related products.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership and people management experience.
• Proven ability to build and grow high-performing engineering organizations.
• Strong systems engineering, embedded software, and product development expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct and grow multiple systems, software, and perception teams.
• Define roadmaps, architecture guidelines, and best practices for scalable robotics systems.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, autonomy, localization, safety, hardware, and data teams.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development while upholding engineering excellence.
