Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field (Systems/EE/CS).
• 5+ years of experience developing embedded systems for robotics, automotive, drones, or related products.
• Strong experience designing and developing embedded software and systems.
• Experience working across hardware, software, systems, and product teams.
• Strong understanding of embedded architectures, sensor integration, and real-time software systems.
• Experience with MBSE and requirements management tools (Polarion/DOORS).
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into production-ready products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded system architectures across AMR and drone platforms.
• Contribute to decisions on sensing, compute platforms, data pipelines, perception, and embedded software.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers to align solutions with requirements and timelines.
• Evaluate technologies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate requirements into effective technical solutions across interfaces between subsystems.
• Support verification, validation, and deployment activities for production systems.
