Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development, commercialization, and delivery of robotics and drone hardware and software systems. You will manage a portfolio of programs, mentor Project Managers, and partner with engineering, product, autonomy, safety, manufacturing, and sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in engineering, product development, or technology.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering hardware and software products through full development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, risk management, and commercialization practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of robotics and drone development programs spanning hardware and software.
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers across programs.
• Translate business strategy and customer requirements into executable program plans.
• Own program performance, schedules, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
