Amazon Industrial Robotics is building next-generation robotic systems for scalable automation at Amazon. You will develop embedded software for complex mechatronic systems and work with motor control, networking, security, sensing, and safety on real-time hardware.

Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
3+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
Direct, hands-on experience with developing and debugging complex embedded systems.
2+ years of experience contributing to design or architecture of new and existing systems.
2+ years of experience developing embedded C applications that use an RTOS and embedded Linux environments.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded software for controlling complex mechatronic systems.
Work with motor control, networking/Wi-Fi, security, sensing, and safety on real-time hardware.
Contribute to the architecture of these systems and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.
Develop solutions balancing performance and maintainability under senior guidance.
