Job summary

Neuralink is seeking an Electrical Engineer to advance surgical robotics hardware. You will design and verify custom electronics, oversee production transitions, and collaborate on safe, automated systems for brain-machine interfaces.

Responsibilities include motor drives, camera electronics, and firmware across a roadmap that supports scaling to human surgeries. Strong emphasis on EMC/ESD, thermal management, and safety-critical design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering electronics design across requirements, schematic, layout, and test.
• Experience in one of: power electronics, FPGA design, or test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, verify, and oversee transition to production of custom electronics systems.
• Own robotic hardware projects including stage designs, motor drives, cameras, and firmware.
• Support manufacturing automation and safety-critical aspects of medical device hardware.
