The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical engineering with 5+ years in leadership, plus robotics/industrial automation experience and knowledge of CAN/UART/SPI/I2C protocols.

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical engineering.
5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience developing electrical systems for robotics/industrial automation.
Deep understanding of PCB design and hardware interfaces.
Experience with embedded systems and CAN/UART/SPI/I2C.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and validation of electrical systems.
Architect hardware solutions across power, embedded controls, sensors, safety, and PCB design.
Oversee a team of electrical and firmware engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and EMI/EMC testing.
Support manufacturing and production scaling.
