Qualifications

• 7+ years of new hardware products development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in engineering team management.
• Experience in new hardware product development.
• Experience in DFx (cost, test, manufacturing).
• Experience with the project management of technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Owning the delivery of Electrical products to market on time, in budget and at the targeted performance.
• Scoping, managing, and delivering multiple technical projects in parallel from concept to production.
• Developing and reporting performance metrics for the electrical engineering team to peers and executives.
• Recruiting and developing great people; continually raises the bar.
• Evaluating and driving improvements to design processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Partnering with engineering managers, product management, and program management to drive new product development from concept to production.
