Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in Charlestown, MA is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the design, development and validation of electrical systems for a fleet of autonomous robotic platforms. This full-time role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership.

You will guide architecture, embedded firmware, and qualification testing while collaborating with manufacturing to scale production for warehouse automation applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
• Experience developing electrical systems for robotics or automation.
• Knowledge of PCB design and power electronics.
• Familiarity with CAN/UART/SPI/I2C communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical systems architecture and PCB design for autonomous platforms.
• Provide embedded systems and firmware support to the team.
• Oversee system validation, testing and compliance activities.
• Coordinate manufacturing and production support for scale-up.
