Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead robotics and drone hardware and software development projects for AMRs and drones in warehouse and industrial settings. You will coordinate engineering, product management, autonomy, localization, safety, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will drive execution, manage schedules and risks, coordinate stakeholders, and translate customer requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering, product development, or technology projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex technical environments.
• Experience delivering hardware, software, or integrated system development projects.
• Proficiency with project management and product lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for robotics and drone development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per technical, quality, safety, and business requirements.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, milestones, and decision-making processes.
• Support product lifecycle phases from concept to deployment.
• Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and resource requirements with engineering and product teams.
