Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing embedded systems for robotics/automotive/consumer electronics.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for embedded systems and software across AMR and drone platforms.
• Lead sensing, compute platforms, data pipelines, perception algorithms, and system integration.
• Drive product roadmaps with PMs/TPMs, balancing feasibility, resources, and business objectives.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams for scalable, production-ready robotics systems.
