Larrance Steel is hiring a Structural Steel Fabricator to detail and build commercial and industrial structures. You will interpret detailed drawings and fabricate components using advanced robotic equipment in a shop that values growth, safety, and teamwork.

We seek candidates with 2 years of fabrication/welding experience, strong blueprint reading and layout skills, and a dependable attendance record. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read blueprints and layout designs with precision.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural steel components from blueprints and layouts.
• Operate robotic fabrication equipment to maintain high-quality production.
• Perform layout checks on steel parts before welding.
• Coordinate on-site material handling and tool usage to meet timelines.
• Document parts compliance and daily safety procedures.
• Resolve real-time layout challenges to prevent waste or delays.
