Larrance Steel is hiring a Structural Steel Fabricator to detail and build commercial and industrial structures. You will interpret detailed drawings and fabricate components using advanced robotic equipment in a shop that values growth, safety, and teamwork.

We seek candidates with 2 years of fabrication/welding experience, strong blueprint reading and layout skills, and a dependable attendance record. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2 years of verified fabrication and welding experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, layout designs, and complex engineering specifications.
• Demonstrated capability to perform precise part layout functions with minimal administrative oversight.
• Strong internal motivation and an established history of consistent, dependable workplace attendance.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a formal welding or blueprint reading trade program or technical certification.
• Demonstrated experience adapting to new automated or robotic industrial machinery.
• Advanced knowledge of structural steel fabrication workflows and industrial safety procedures.
