Job summary

Ground Effects LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe operation of production equipment and maximize production capacity. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with robotic spray guns, and support safety and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Preferred: secondary education with emphasis in Robotics or related manufacturing maintenance fields.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• OSHA and internal safety policies must be followed; valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment to maximize uptime and meet requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks accurately and timely.
• Assist with spray booth equipment operation and gun troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide input on cost-saving ideas to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Support facility planning, safety training, and adherence to environmental programs.
