Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a Demo Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of NeuraGym visitor experiences and team travel logistics. This role involves scheduling demonstrations, ensuring operational support, and enhancing visitor engagement.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in event coordination or executive assistance, is exceptionally organized, and fluent in both German and English. Genuine enthusiasm for robotics is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in event coordination, executive assistance, operations, or a customer-facing role.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Warm, professional communication style.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Genuine enthusiasm for robots and the NeuraGym mission.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all NeuraGym visitor events.
• Manage all business travel for the NeuraGym, PLA and AI teams.
• Support calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members.
• Continuously improve the demo experience based on visitor feedback.
