Job summary

Innodata Inc. in the United States is seeking a Robotics Solutions Engineer to partner with robotics and ML teams, designing data capture solutions, pilots, and demos that translate real-world problems into actionable datasets and pipelines.

You'll own technical pilots, collaborate with engineering and product, and help shape a scalable Physical AI data practice while representing Innodata at industry events and customer engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing with Python and one or more additional languages (e.g., C++, Java).
• Hands-on experience with robotics or Physical AI systems.
• Desire to conduct ongoing research and be a thought leader in world models/robotics models.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact with executives and engineers.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and multiple customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver technical pilots and POCs for robotics customers.
• Design robotics data capture solutions across real-world, lab, and simulation environments.
• Collaborate with customers’ robotics/ML teams to define data requirements and write Statements of Work.
• Design and run customized demos, playbooks, and experiments to show data capabilities.
• Own the customer experience: debug data/workflow issues and advise on data quality and evaluation best practices.
• Collaborate with Robotics Project Leads to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to delivery.
• Provide frontline feedback to product roadmap for scalable Robotics & Physical AI data platforms.
• Represent Innodata at industry events and customer engagements.
