Job summary

Intrinsic is seeking a Software Engineer for the Data Infrastructure team to design, build, and maintain data pipelines powering robotics systems. You will work with Kubernetes-based cloud and on-device services, collecting sensor data, telemetry, and logs to train models and improve robot intelligence.

You will collaborate with product managers and researchers, implementing scalable, secure data workflows and developer tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience contributing to medium to large software projects.
• Production proficiency in C++ or Go; or advanced Python for concurrent systems and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software infrastructure for collecting, processing, and storing robotics data.
• Build and maintain tools to enable developers to debug robotics systems.
• Create internal developer tools, telemetry pipelines, and infrastructure services for real-time robot operations.
• Implement and maintain data security and privacy best practices.
• Collaborate with Customers, Product managers, and Researchers to customize data pipelines for analysis.
