American StaffCorp seeks an experienced Electrical Technician to design, build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems for aerospace manufacturing. The contract-to-hire role involves diagnosing for quality and safety, with a 60–90 day initial period and potential conversion to full-time.

The position is based in Oklahoma City on 1st shift. Responsibilities include installing wiring, robot controllers, and end‑of‑arm tooling; performing electrical builds; and documenting results.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as Electrical Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and schematics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot robotic systems using electronics, controllers, and sensors.
• Install wiring, software, robot controllers, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Perform electrical builds and validate functionality before shipment.
• Conduct final electrical inspections on wiring harnesses, sensors, motors, and components.
• Interpret schematics and diagrams to identify issues and repairs.
• Maintain service records of tests, repairs, and modifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve designs and testing processes.
• Assemble and align wire harnesses using hand and soldering tools.
