Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Robotics Controls Engineer to develop and maintain core control systems for autonomous haul trucks used in mining. You will work on localization, path following, and longitudinal/lateral control, integrating multiple sensor modalities on 200+ ton vehicles.

Collaborating with perception, planning, and hardware teams, you will write production-grade Python/C++ code and contribute to field testing and deployment efforts onsite in San Francisco, with occasional travel to field

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics controls development for mobile machines is preferred.
• Strong Python/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with sensor fusion and real-time control.
