Job summary

Zipline in the United States is hiring a spring 2027 community engagement intern to support launch markets including Texas. You’ll help build relationships with local officials, schools, neighborhoods and business groups to inform and invite participation in autonomous delivery pilots.

Work will involve coordinating events, developing outreach materials, and gathering community feedback to help the team address concerns and explain how drone delivery operates in real life.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for public-facing work.
• Comfort speaking with varied community audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support local engagement plans around Zipline launch markets.
• Help build and maintain relationships with civic, neighborhood, school, and business groups.
• Assist with events, outreach, research, and community-facing materials.
• Track feedback and questions from communities encountering autonomous delivery.
