Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to troubleshoot, install, and repair automated and CNC machinery, including robots and servo systems. Work involves PLC and HMI programming, test and adjust processes, and SAP work orders to maintain production.

Two shifts available (2:30pm-10:30pm and 10:30am-6:30am) to support 24/7 operations; minimum four years in similar manufacturing settings and strong safety practices are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in a similar manufacturing environment working with Control Systems, PLCs, CNC Controls, Robots, PCs and HMIs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated paint lines, setting presses, automated welders, CNC grinders, robots, and other complex machinery.
• Program and modify PLCs and HMIs; work with servo controllers and test units for proper function.
• Enter all work completed/in progress into the SAP work order system.
