Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking productive team members for the production floor. You will operate turning, milling and robotic equipment to support daily production while following safety guidelines and work instructions.

The role requires basic math, ability to read measurement tools, and reliable attendance for 12-hour shifts with potential overtime and weekends. Training will be provided to ensure safe operation and quality results.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math proficiency including measurements and calculations.
• Ability to use measuring devices accurately with training.
• Successful completion of required operation and safety training within onboarding.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate turning, milling, chamfering, sawing, punching, and robotic equipment.
• Follow work instructions, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect and measure products with gauges and calipers to verify quality.
• Load/unload materials and finished products safely across production.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Maintain production records and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet production, quality and safety goals.
