Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Night Shift Production Operator to safely set up billet saws and banding, stamp billets, and maintain material traceability while meeting daily production schedules.

You will move materials with forklifts and cranes, monitor equipment, perform maintenance reporting, and document operations. This role requires reading work instructions, following safety policies, and previous manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine equipment adjustments and identify operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and safely shut down billet saws and banding equipment to meet daily production schedules.
• Accurately stamp, tag, and identify billets to maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy.
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, change saw blades as needed, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Complete production documentation and operational records accurately and on time.
• Follow established safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives.
