Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders in sustainable use of technology to meet program goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical or orthopedic sales, excellent communication, and strong presentation skills. Travel up to 75% and base salary range $80,000–$120,000 USD with incentive pay—geography and experience dependent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training on the ROSA system and related tech.
• Onboard new accounts with system installs, in-service training, and support during enabling tech cases.
• Coordinate with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service for account onboarding and support.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communications.
• Attend required trainings and follow QA/documentation policies.

What You Can Expect

The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist is apart of our Technology Launch team and will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts. As part of the program development team, the Robotics Clinical Specialist will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Supports advanced technology upgrades as required
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend annual trainings as required

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a combination or education and experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred

Travel Expectations

• Up to 75% travel

Expected base salary range will be $80,000 - $120,000 USD with a $50,000 - $75,000 USD incentive pay. Range takes into consideration experience and geography.
