Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Sales rep to promote technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts and drive robot utilization. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to achieve technology program goals.

Travel up to 75% and base salary range $100,000–$120,000 USD with a $75,000 incentive. The role emphasizes mentoring surgical teams, onboarding new accounts, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing or technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with system installation, in-service to facility staff, and training of local implant sales colleagues.
• Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.

What You Can Expect

The Robotics Clinical Sr Sales rep will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts as well as drive utilization of robotic usage. As part of the program development team, they will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies as well as driving utilization of robots a key measure of success in this role.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Supports advanced technology upgrades as required
• Provides on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as required
• Provides support for MedEd events as required
• This position requires the ability to perform tasks that rely on adequate visual and auditory perception including but not limited to viewing different colors on screens and hearing specific sounds that indicate a prescribed response. Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred. Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience

Travel Expectations

• Up to 75% Travel

Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive.
