Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff. You will support live procedures, ensure optimal OR workflows, and provide in-service support across assigned accounts.

You will guide onboarding, document case logs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and R&D to inform product improvements. Frequent regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in medical devices and robotics.
• Ability to cover a case independently within 60 days post-training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff.
• Support live procedures; optimize OR workflow.
• Provide in-service and field support, incl. installations and updates.
• Schedule procedures and improve coverage.
• Travel as needed (75%+) to support regions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D for feedback.
• Maintain accurate case logs and Salesforce documentation.
• Assist marketing and training events.
