PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver product training and hands-on clinical education for our robotic systems. You will support surgeons and OR staff, ensuring optimal workflow and successful case execution across assigned accounts.

In this role, you will partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth, drive procedural efficiency, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in complex surgical environments and manage stakeholders in the OR.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support regional accounts.

Responsabilités

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff.
• Provide live procedure support to optimize OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Offer in-service and field support, including installations and software updates.
• Schedule procedures and drive efficiency to maximize case coverage.
• Partner with Sales to identify utilization growth and account retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D and cross‑functional teams to inform product improvements.
• Support training events with setup and presentations.
• Maintain accurate case logs and expenses in Salesforce.
