Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sales Manager to promote robotics-enabled product launches at key accounts and drive enduring utilization. You will train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies, partnering with service teams to onboard new accounts and support installations.

The role requires 5–7 years in clinical sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred; Associate’s degree with equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies; drive utilization as a KPI.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on ROSA system and related tech.
• Onboard new accounts with Field Service technicians; attend installations and provide in-service to facility staff and sales colleagues.
• Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.

What You Can Expect

The Robotics Clinical Sales Manager will promote and support technology‑centric product launches at key customer accounts and drive utilization of robotic usage. As part of the program development team, the CLM will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology to help customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account‑specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies and drive utilization as a key performance indicator.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies.
• Partner with Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, attend system installations, provide in‑service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues, and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Provide on‑site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
• Responsible for key administration duties.
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely response to inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend product trade shows and annual training as required.
• Provide support for MedEd events as required.

Your Background

Expected Compensation Range: $115,000 - $140,000 base and $100,000 target bonus for on‑target total earnings $215,000 - $240,000.
