Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Belleville, MI site. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work, repair motors and sensors, and support robotic welding and material handling systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience, 2+ years in general machine maintenance, and MIG welding skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of general machine maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year on stamping presses and related equipment.
• Experience with MIG welding and welding processes.
• Knowledge of robotic welding and material handling is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and use electrical test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct welding on production equipment, including MIG welding.
• Replace bearings, rewire motors, and adjust spindles and clutches.
• Use meters and test equipment to locate faults and verify repairs.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and plant maintenance procedures are followed.
