Open availability is required mid-Jan through mid-June with a production schedule set by early 2027; experience in robotics and industrial automation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Open availability from mid‑January through mid‑June, with a fixed production schedule by early 2027.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and hands-on hardware experience.
• Safety-first mindset with adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Clear communicator capable of explaining complex system behavior.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daytime performance and health checks of Fulfil's robotic automation systems; perform Tier-1 troubleshooting and basic interventions.
• Act as on-call escalation point for partner teams and balance uptime, safety, and production needs.
• Collaborate with robotics, firmware, software, and product engineering; participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new features.
• Provide steady technical support to onsite partner operators and train teams on best practices for interaction and safety.
