Job summary

Kelly Engineering seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team in Lyons, GA. You’ll support advanced robotics and automation systems, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

The role is full-time with a contract-to-hire arrangement and shifts 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Monday–Thursday, plus a daylight shift on Friday. Recent grads are encouraged to apply; 1–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of maintenance experience.
• General mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on systems and machines.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with site team leaders.
• Assist with installation and deployment of new systems.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate needed help.
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports and prioritize work.
