The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in industrial maintenance or robotics environments, strong data-driven decision making, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a team of technicians in field service or automated/robotics environment.
• Strong ownership mentality - proactively tracks and reports on site performance.
• Data-driven approach to maintenance and site management.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset in a shared site with project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians (5-10 reports).
• Plan maintenance operations and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support.
• Lead team rituals and review site performance KPIs.
• Manage material purchasing within budget and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure EHS compliance and 5S standards.
