Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Sugar Land, TX is hiring a Process Technician to support equipment and production engineers with maintenance and operation. You will assist with repairs, program changes, installation, and parameter tweaks to keep lines running efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of assembly/equipment experience, plus the ability to work in a cleanroom and handle 50 lb loads. 12-hour shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year minimum experience in assembly processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Train and work with engineering team on maintenance tasks.
• Maintain assigned section containing multiple machines.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced robotic and automated equipment.
• Perform routine equipment calibration and startup checks.
• Execute minor repairs and program changes to equipment.
• Backup programs and report issues to supervisors.
• Write reports and update management on progress.
• Assist engineers with experiments as needed.
