Skild AI is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Assembler in San Mateo to build robots and accessories. You will assemble robots, subassemblies, and PCBAs using drawings, BOMs, and SOPs, and prepare a clean, organized workstation.

Attention to detail and quality are essential to meet production schedules. You will perform inspections, conduct basic tests, document results, and support the production plan while maintaining a safe workspace per 5S practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
• Strong quality focus with attention to workmanship and documentation.

Mansioni

• Assemble robots, accessories, and subassemblies per drawings and SOPs.
• Install PCBAs, cables, and mechanical hardware; verify placement and routing.
• Review build instructions and prepare the workstation before assembly.
• Use hand and torque tools; maintain calibration and tools.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results; raise quality concerns.
