Job summary

Wilder Systems builds robots for precision work in aerospace manufacturing and MRO, turning customer requirements into deployable applications and validating them on real hardware. You’ll work across mechanical, controls, software, and vision disciplines and own meaningful work in a small team.

You will translate customer needs into specifications, drive projects end-to-end, and apply CAD, GD&T, and metrology concepts to ensure applications meet demand on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and systems.
• Experience with sensors and motion systems (encoders, laser range finders, camera optics, load cells, etc.).
• Track record delivering products to customers, including defining specifications, training and field feedback.
• Experience developing and executing test protocols and documenting results.
• Experience with object-oriented programming.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into specifications, objectives, requirements, and timelines, and drive projects from definition through delivery.
• Integrate sensors and motion systems into applications for factory-floor reliability.
• Develop and execute test protocols and document results to industry standards.
• Deliver products to customers, run training, and iterate on applications based on field feedback.
• Apply CAD, GD&T, and engineering drawings to verify how applications meet customer demands.
