Job summary

Airbus Robotics LLC seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead robotics, automation, and aerospace tooling projects from concept to deployment. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the main interface to Airbus internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customer sites.

Responsibilities include creating IMS schedules, budgets, and ensuring program milestones with cross-functional teams in design, controls, software, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex technical programs in robotics, automation, aerospace tooling, or capital equipment.
• Experience delivering integrated hardware/software systems into production environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial robotics, controls systems, and automated manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or CATIA for design review and technical discussions.
• Experience with program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Familiarity with configuration control, change management, and structured engineering review processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics and automated tooling programs from requirements definition through deployment.
• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, resource plans, and program budgets.
• Drive cross-functional execution across mechanical design, controls, software, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Facilitate engineering milestones including PDR, CDR, FDR risk reviews, and readiness gates.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus quality, safety, documentation, and configuration management standards.
