Roboticsconnected is seeking a Robotic Welding Technician to introduce new products inside robotic welding cells and support production. The role involves programming, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated welding systems to maximize manufacturing efficiency and safety.

Key duties include leading product introductions in welding cells, offline programming, validating welding parameters, and providing hands-on MIG/TIG welding as needed, while upholding quality and safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of welding experience.
• American Welding Society credentials are a plus.
• Experience with SolidWorks or 3D modeling tools preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead projects on every step when a new product is introduced for the robotic welding cells.
• Off-line robotic programming.
• Program validation and fine tuning of welding position at the start of a new product.
• Able to develop and optimize the welding parameters.
• Support production and troubleshoot the welding robotic cell during production.
• Demonstrate a proactive commitment to quality by following work instructions and informing supervisor of issues.
• Promote and follow health and safety practices in all aspects of the role.
• Hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG) as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
